1. About Lady Angel Network

Lady Angel Network (“LAN”) is a private, invitation-only network through which individual members may deploy personal capital into women-led ventures. LAN provides information, community infrastructure, and programme support. LAN is not a bank, broker-dealer, collective investment scheme, fund manager, or public fundraising platform.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms or applications.

4. Membership and applications

Submission of a membership application, contact form, or founder investment application does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, or funding. LAN reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Membership is subject to separate membership criteria, obligations, and agreements communicated to invited members. These Terms govern website use and do not replace any membership agreement you may enter into with LAN.

5. No investment advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

LAN does not provide personalised advice. Each member and visitor is solely responsible for their own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice before making investment or legal decisions.

6. Investment risks

Investing in early-stage and growth companies involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested. Investments may be illiquid, speculative, and subject to dilution, business failure, and market volatility.

Past performance of any member, founder, or company is not indicative of future results. LAN does not guarantee returns or outcomes.

7. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on the Site or in LAN communications constitutes a public offer, solicitation, or invitation to the general public to invest in any security or financial product. Investment opportunities, where available, are shared solely within the private LAN membership community and subject to applicable law.

8. Confidentiality

Members and applicants may receive access to confidential information relating to founders, deals, and network activities. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information except as authorised by LAN or required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, design, and software—is owned by or licensed to LAN and protected by intellectual property laws.
